Does Law Permit the Auto Insurance with No License?
A person who is trying to have Auto insurance with no license has to take care of lot of things. This is because of the absence of past driving record and also of no surety of being a good and a safe driver. Many people believe that a person who doesn't have a valid driving license is not able get his vehicle insured.
But there are a lot of companies in the market who are assuring the insurance for the drivers who do not possess the driving license. As there are beliefs that having an unlicensed individual uninsured it's quite better to have an unlicensed people at least insured.
Also there are no such laws that say that a person without a driving license cannot his vehicle insured. It also true that an unlicensed driver may not be as experiences as the licensed driver. Also there are peoples who favor as well object about the insurance being provided to the unlicensed drivers. Some people believe that providing the unlicensed driver is providing them the right to drive illegally on the roads. There are lots of peoples who occur some or the other accident on the roads. Also the unlicensed drivers are the wealthiest kind of peoples in most of the cases so for them paying for the repairs of their own car or anyone else car is not a big deal.
As the licensed individuals have a past driving record so there premium of the car insurance policies are usually lower than the peoples who are unlicensed one. This is because the insurance companies have no proof to which they can revert back in any case. Also some countries in the world have a policy of awarding the licensed individuals who have a good past driving record. So if there are individuals who do not possess license then there will be no rewards for them.
Also there are large amount of unlicensed individuals who are also not very aware about the insurance of the vehicles. They do not possess education regarding the auto insurance. The main reason behind this that the peoples who do not have driving license are generally illegal immigrants who also do not even have the complete education. The insurance company just needs a valid ID card and a proof of residence so to confirm with the identity. While insuring the vehicle they consider the type of vehicle being driven and the kind of security features it possess and the place where it is kept.
